Danny & Movies
Dhany has a wide range of hobbies, some of which he has pursued professionally. His love for the film world, especially Hollywood movies, was sparked by the awe-inspiring scene of Moses parting the sea in The Ten Commandments (1956).
During his teenage years, when the Indonesian film industry was dormant, Dhany spent more time watching Hollywood and Hong Kong movies, particularly those featuring Jet Li. He would always catch new releases at the local cinema on their opening day.

Besides The Ten Commandments and The Message (1976), he also loves the fantasy trilogy The Lord of the Rings, Saving Private Ryan, the Indiana Jones franchise, the James Bond franchise, Braveheart, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, 1917 and Dune (2021).
