10 New Movies & Series Starring Jason Statham

Continuing the story from the first movie, the Zhang family's marine institution, Mana One, is still exploring the deep sea. They want to study the living systems in the Mariana trench. This requires Jonas (Jason Statham) to return as the leader of the exploration team.

However, the mission faces challenges once again. This time, the team discovers an illegal mining operation that is destroying the marine environment. The miners use explosives, causing severe damage to the thermocline layer, which normally separates the Mariana Trench from the open ocean.

Unfortunately, the destruction of the thermocline has allowed ancient sea creatures that should have stayed under the thermocline to escape into the open ocean. The creatures begin to chase Jonas' team, also leading to an ocean resort full of visitors.

What started as an exploration mission quickly turns into a chaotic rescue operation as Jonas and his team must now save the resort's visitors before they are crushed by ancient sea creatures such as krakens (giant octopuses with sharp fangs), amphibious dinosaurs and, of course, Megalodons.

Eleven years ago, Dom and Brian successfully completed a mission to steal the fortune of the infamous drug lord Hernán Reyes. However, during the operation, Hernán was killed. Now, Hernán's son, Dante Reyes, seeks revenge for his father's death by targeting Dom and everyone else involved.

Jason Statham returns as Deckard Shaw, who receives a mysterious package midway through the film. The package contains a video message from Dante, revealing Shaw's past actions against Hernán.

Dante's message makes it clear that Shaw is now on his hit list. In response, Shaw prepares himself to confront this new and dangerous threat.

A powerful device known as The Handle has been stolen by a Ukrainian mafia group, causing widespread alarm. The device contains crucial data capable of controlling the world.

In response, the British government assigns Nathan Jasmine, an agent from their security division, to recover the device. Realizing the formidable challenge posed by an adversary named Greg Simmonds, Nathan calls for reinforcements. The government turns to super spy Orson Fortune (Jason Statham) for help.

Initially reluctant, as he was planning to enjoy his vacation, Fortune is compelled to take on the mission due to its urgent nature. Not alone, he teams up with his trusted colleagues, Sarah Fidel and J.J. Davies. Together, they strategize to get the device out of Greg's hands.

A super-virus weapon known as Snowflake, ready to release, has many people on edge. MI6 agent Hattie Shaw tries to retrieve it from the techno-terrorist group Eteon. However, while trying to secure the virus, she is attacked by Brixton Lore, a former MI6 agent who wants to control Snowflake.

In a desperate move, Hattie injects the virus into her own body and escapes. News of this spreads quickly, prompting both the DSS (Diplomatic Security Service) and MI6 to launch missions to recover the virus. Each agency assigns its top former agents, Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw, to track down Hattie.

Despite initial conflicts, Hobbs and Shaw eventually align their goals and join forces. Setting aside their differences, they locate Hattie and work together to extract the virus from her body, all while racing against time to complete the mission before Hattie becomes a target for numerous dangerous parties.

In addition to starring as one of the lead characters, Jason Statham also serves as a producer for this film, alongside Dwayne Johnson, Chris Morgan, and Hiram Garcia.

Featuring many popular actors and actresses, including Jason Statham, The Fate of the Furious follows the lives of Dom and his crew as they are pulled into a series of major conflicts by their enemies.
